Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Wroclaw seeks a Lead .NET Full Stack Software Engineer to advance modernization and scalability of asset management reporting platforms. You will drive reliable, scalable solutions across client, transaction, and regulatory reporting streams.

This hands-on role requires 7+ years in .NET, strong SQL, Azure, Terraform, and GitLab experience, plus excellent communication within a global agile organization. Hybrid work with on-site client collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on .NET application development experience.
• Proficiency with SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
• Background working with Microsoft Azure and cloud native solutions.
• Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into IT specifications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) in software engineering or related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
