Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Wroclaw crew. You will modernize and scale client, transaction, and regulatory reporting platforms within Asset Management technology.

You will collaborate in an agile, global organization, translate business requirements into IT specs, and drive automation of processes while delivering timely client and regulator reports. Remote/hybrid work is supported with on-site presence in Wroclaw.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on application development experience using .NET
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud native solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into IT specs
• Banking or financial experience strongly desired, familiarity with Angular or React

Our team is responsible for providing timely and accurate client reports, transaction reports and reports to global regulators. Please note that working from the client's office is required 3 days per week.

• Implement high quality solutions that address business needs and adhere to industry standards
• Advance automation of manual processes to the next level
• Collaborate closely within an agile team and a global agile organization
• Translate high level business requirements into technical requirements addressing reliability, scalability and performance needs
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client reports, transaction reports and reports to global regulators

Requirements
