Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Java Software Engineer in Warsaw to join our financial services practice. You will build robust Java applications for major banks, create REST APIs, and apply reactive programming to deliver scalable, reliable systems.

You will design tests and work with NoSQL databases in a collaborative, Agile environment. The role requires 8+ years of Java experience, MongoDB familiarity, JAX-RS REST API expertise, and strong English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java development experience, Java 8 & 9.
• REST API implementation experience (JAX-RS preferred).
• Experience with NoSQL databases, ideally MongoDB.
• Reactive programming experience, preferably RxJava.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
