Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure SRE in Warsaw. You will lead cross-organizational programs, plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate tradeoffs with both engineers and executives.

You will partner with SRE/Dev leadership to define multi-quarter roadmaps, ensure reliability, design dashboards and data pipelines, and explore AI-assisted tooling to improve program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or software engineering.
• Experience managing multi-quarter technical programs across multiple engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SRE and Dev leadership to define multi-quarter roadmaps, align OKRs, and influence resource allocation.
• Drive large-scale infrastructure programs from inception to validated landing.
• Advocate for reliability and release safety with governance, reviews, and dashboards.
• Design dashboards, data pipelines, and metrics to create single sources of truth and reduce toil.
• Serve as advisor during organizational pivots and explore AI-assisted tooling for PM workflows.
