Responsibilities

• Hire and grow the team in Warsaw, establish engineering culture, and manage engineers.

• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices and testability.
• Facilitate alignment across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
• Deliver projects for Home Infrastructure with cross-location collaboration.
