Based in Warsaw, you will partner with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise data services, govern data, and accelerate AI-powered insights while promoting automation and reliable platform operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data engineering and ~6+ years with SQL and Python.
• Deep expertise in modern cloud-based data platforms and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data solutions.
• Define platform architecture and standards across teams.
• Drive strategy, roadmap, and engineering excellence.
• Mentor Senior Data Engineers and grow engineering talent.
• Promote best practices for software and data engineering, testing, and security.
