Job summary

Grace is seeking a Functional Process Owner for Downstream Procurement to design and drive procurement strategy aligned with corporate goals. You will lead the initiative to standardize, streamline, and automate the Source-to-Pay landscape, realizing productivity and cost benefits across the organization.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, measuring process performance, and collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment with business goals and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field; masters or certification preferred.
• Proven leadership in procurement/operations and policy development.
• Experience in global/shared services or BPO environments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize Source-to-Pay processes and SOPs.
• Establish KPIs and drive improvements to reduce costs and cash flow impact.
• Collaborate across procurement operations and S2P Global Process Owners.
• Support helpdesk and internal stakeholders with process excellence.
