Job summary

Grace, a leading global supplier of catalysts and engineered materials, seeks a Senior Functional Process Owner - Downstream Procurement in Poznań, Poland. You will drive supplier strategy, standardize Source-to-Pay processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives across global procurement operations.

You will develop SOPs, define KPIs, and collaborate with global teams to optimize spend, improve compliance, and deliver cost savings while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Masters or certification preferred).
• 7+ years of procurement experience focusing on operations.
• Minimum five years in a global service/shared/BPO environment in management.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, SAC, Celonis for procure-to-pay workflows.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; English proficient.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure accident-free operations.
• Promote Grace’s vision and core values daily.
• Implement S2P roadmap to standardize and automate processes.
• Review and revise the S2P Policy for clarity and cost savings.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and WIs; publish in DMS.
• Align goals with other Procurement Ops Managers and S2P Owner.
• Establish KPIs to measure process performance.
• Develop core competencies for tactical buyers.
• Support S2P helpdesk to address root causes and ensure service.
• Benchmark with industry peers to optimize processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost cash flow.
• Interface with leadership to align with business goals.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Support annual operating and strategic planning.
