Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to drive learning operations, professional development initiatives, and capability-building programs within our Consulting practice. This role combines program management, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, vendor management, and analytics to support the growth of our consulting professionals.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Operations or related area.
Experience managing learning programs, certifications, training operations and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage technical learning, certification, upskilling, and cross-skilling programs aligned with business capability needs.
Lead end-to-end learning operations, including training administration, onboarding journeys, enrollment management, and learning completion tracking.
Support the execution of annual learning and development priorities by partnering with business leaders and monitoring progress against development goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external learning providers and internal stakeholders; manage vendor onboarding and supplier relationships.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain learning reports, dashboards, and performance metrics; track participation and certifications.
Design and deliver engaging learning communications across channels (SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters).
Ensure compliance with internal learning processes, governance standards, and procurement requirements.
