Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in game design (gameplay and/or systems).
• Experience managing a design team and able to work in a hybrid model.
• Knowledge of Polish and English at B2 level or above.
• Experience and strong skills in managing a design team.
• Ability to work in hybrid model in our office in Warsaw.
• Experience with indie/AA projects and understanding their limitations, capabilities and advantages.
• Knowledge of Polish and English at B2 level or above.
• Ability to write good project documentation.
• Ability to define technical requirements.
• Ability to work within time and project constraints.
• Very good communication skills.
• Passion about games – you’re still playing in your free time and keep up to date with the industry.

• Collaborate with Directors to define gameplay pillars that best realize the game vision,
• Collaborate with other domain Leads to develop concrete, actionable solutions for challenges presented by the development process,
• Lead a team of designers, providing mentoring and feedback,
• Collaborate with other teams to develop key foundational systems,
• Providing feedback to the overall gameplay, combat, systems, story and level design.

Qualifications

• Experience as Lead Designer or Design Director,
• 8+ years of experience in game design (gameplay and/or systems).
• Experience with combat design,
• Experience and very good skills in managing a design team,
• Ability to work in hybrid model in our office in Warsaw,
