You will translate business hurdles into scalable technical solutions, balancing leadership with hands-on development and driving engineering excellence. You will mentor delivery engineers, guide architecture, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and SRE teams to ensure timely delivery and high performance.

Qualifications

• Core development: strong Java backend with Python for data automation.
• Architecture: distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native tech (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Data & Messaging: Kafka, SQL and NoSQL experience.
• Integrations: robust RESTful APIs for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Data & Analytics solutions end-to-end for enterprise clients.
• Lead technical design and architecture, write production-quality code.
• Set high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability; mentor engineers.
