Job summary

EverOn Data Center Services is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to manage and maintain the contract schedule across design, procurement, construction and commissioning phases for mission-critical projects. You will coordinate with Project Management and Superintendents, generate reports, and drive recovery options with leadership input.

The role requires strong CPM scheduling expertise, proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, and prior data-center or high-tech construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera scheduling software.
• Experience with data centers or high-tech construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction schedules, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Analyze subcontractor schedules, ensuring alignment with current overall schedule.
• Perform Critical Path analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Create scheduling scenarios to assist project teams.
• Interpret schedule and cost reports, communicating findings to teams.
• Review drawings to determine project scope and contract terms for time extensions.
• Establish reporting cadence and approve detailed schedules from contractors and vendors.
• Produce execution schedule reports and monitor project delivery updates.
• Proficiently read MEP single line diagrams.
• Operate Microsoft Project/P6 software.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm accurate scope, timeline, and durations.
• Maintain and validate the integrity of the as-built schedule.
• Occasional travel is a requirement of this position.
