IQVIA is seeking a Sr CPM to drive delivery of clinical studies, lead core project teams, and ensure alignment with SOPs and contracts. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong customer collaboration across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in clinical research, ICH-GCP knowledge, and proven leadership within CRO teams, including early development projects. English fluency is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience including 4 years of project management.
• Knowledge of clinical trials conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).
• Strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
• Negotiation and customer management skills.
• Leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Lead bid defense preparations and presentations with Business Development for multi-country studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with core project team.
• Oversee strategic planning and execution of studies to optimize speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for core team and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with other functions to meet milestones and resolve study issues.
• Monitor progress and proactively share project information with stakeholders.
• Manage risk and contingencies for medium to large studies.
• Ensure project quality and manage changes to scope when required.
• Mentor junior team members and support staff development.
