Job summary

Stryker is hiring an Associate Cleanroom Manager in Skawina, Poland to lead supervisors and production teams toward safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will drive Lean Manufacturing, daily performance routines, and structured problem-solving to sustain a high-performing organization and improve workforce effectiveness.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting continuous improvement culture

Qualifications

• Higher education diploma in Engineering, Production Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or production operations management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading people within a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment.
• Experience in cleanroom operations or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Polish and English language proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cleanroom production teams through direct management of supervisors to achieve performance targets.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing metrics to meet production plans and customer delivery.
• Build workforce capability through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staffing and workforce planning to align with production schedules.
• Oversee process controls, equipment maintenance coordination, and final product acceptance.
• Lead problem-solving, coordinate improvement projects, and support process validation with data-driven actions.
