Qualifications

• Higher education in engineering/production/logistics/operations management.
• 6+ years in manufacturing/logistics/production operations management.
• 2+ years leading people in manufacturing/logistics.
• Experience in cleanroom/medical device, food, automotive, or aerospace industries.
• Polish and English proficiency.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cleanroom production teams through direct management of supervisors and leaders to hit safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement with lean manufacturing, visual management, and daily performance routines.
• Monitor manufacturing metrics and ensure production plans meet customer delivery requirements.
• Build workforce capability via recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and leadership development.
