Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Manager for the Skawina cleanroom/packaging operations. You will lead supervisors and production teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, while fostering a continuous improvement culture and strong employee development.

The role requires a higher education diploma in a technical field, at least 6 years of manufacturing/ops experience, and bilingual Polish/English communication.

Qualifications

• Higher education diploma in Engineering, Production Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or production operations management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading people within a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment.
• Experience in cleanroom operations, medical device manufacturing, food manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.
• Polish language proficiency; English language proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cleanroom production teams through direct management of supervisors and operational leaders to achieve performance targets.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing metrics to ensure production plans and customer delivery.
• Build workforce capability through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and leadership development.
