Job summary

Craftware Sp. z o.o. in Warszawa is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to build a scalable OCM blueprint for a CRM Unification Program across Germany and Poland. The role focuses on creating a repeatable framework and validating it through cross-border deployments.

You will integrate training, adoption and reinforcement activities, drive executive sponsorship and readiness, and transfer knowledge to empower the program team for future market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale CRM, digital transformation or enterprise technology programs.
• Ability to demonstrate AI-powered enhancements applied to workflows in the last 12 months.
• Strong track record designing enterprise-wide change frameworks and multi-market deployment methodologies.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management, sponsor alignment and facilitation skills.
• Experience in decentralised, multinational or regulated environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build a reusable change management blueprint for the CRM Unification Program that scales across markets.
• Develop a repeatable OCM framework for future markets and validate it through Germany and Poland rollouts.
• Capture lessons learned and convert them into templates, methodologies and best practices.
• Integrate training, adoption and reinforcement activities into a single end-to-end change approach.
• Establish stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, readiness and adoption measurement practices.
• Transfer knowledge and coach the program team to independently lead future OCM activities.
