Job summary

RSB Automotive Consulting - | System | Embedded | Functional Safety | Cybersecurity | in Kraków (hybrid) seeks an experienced Hardware Architect to define and develop hardware concepts for automotive electronic systems. You will work with system, software, mechanical and validation teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include translating system requirements to hardware functions, supporting electrical and mechanical design, and ensuring robust validation, with collaboration

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop hardware architectures for complex automotive electronic systems.
• Coordinate with system, software, mechanical and validation teams across the lifecycle.
• Translate system requirements into hardware functions, interfaces and specs.
• Support hardware design reviews, testing, validation and production ramp-up.
• Collaborate with international teams, customers and suppliers.
• Contribute to ISO 26262 / Functional Safety related activities.
