Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Automation Tester in Java to drive quality and reliability for complex financial trading systems. This fully remote role requires close collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to ensure high-performing software.

Candidates will undergo a project interview. The ideal candidate will conduct automated testing using Java, develop testing frameworks, and participate in continuous improvement of testing processes while engaging with crypto trading

Qualifications

• 7+ years of automated testing using Java.
• Knowledge of financial trading systems is preferred.
• Experience with crypto trading platforms and FIX is a strong plus.
• Proficient in English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Conduct automated testing using Java to ensure functionality, performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to define test requirements and create test cases.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, report defects.
• Develop and maintain testing frameworks and scripts.
