Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead / Senior Engineer, Product Development & New Technology to bring Subsea XT systems from concepts through qualification. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure engineering requirements are captured and deliver competitive solutions.

You will guide engineers, perform peer reviews, and explore new opportunities while mentoring a diverse team across locations. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, Chartered Engineer is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design Engineering for Subsea Production Systems.
• A deep understanding of how engineering becomes a real product with CAD models and drawings.
• Knowledge of CREO(PRO-E) and TeamCenter/PLM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Subsea XT technologies to meet customer needs.
• Create designs, drawings, BOMs and lead qualification activities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and stakeholder communication.
