Job summary

EY is seeking a Lead Business Analyst in Katowice to lead teams delivering solutions in the Wealth & Asset Management sector. This role requires strong experience with Primedex and related systems, in addition to expertise in managing business analysis efforts.

Applicants should have a solid track record in financial regulations and team management skills, alongside the ability to communicate in German. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for both office and remote work.

• Conduct AS IS analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage Fees, Taxes, and Commissions processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
