Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA is seeking an Expert AI Specialist to lead reliable, secure AI-enabled platforms within the SRE Operations team. You will own end-to-end cloud and AI environments, guiding teams and shaping production-grade workflows in a hybrid model.

You bring 7+ years in IT operations or SRE, strong DevOps, deep Google Cloud experience, and hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and Ansible. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT operations, SRE, or cloud infra with production ownership.
• Strong DevOps across support, maintenance, deployment and automation.
• Deep cloud ops experience in Google Cloud; AWS/Azure optional.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix, logs, metrics and traces.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible and Git.
• Experience designing or operating AI-enabled solutions.
• Clear, English communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Own reliable, secure and scalable cloud and AI-enabled services.
• Shape observability, monitoring, SLOs, incident response and cost control.
• Design AI environments with agentic solutions and AI workflows.
• Translate needs into sustainable technical solutions with risk awareness.
• Guide users and engineers, resolve complex platform issues.
• Own development, test and production platforms lifecycle.
• Drive decisions balancing architecture, security and governance.
• Mentor peers and raise engineering quality.
