Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Poland is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to drive laser-system PCB designs and firmware development. You will take concepts through prototype and into production, collaborating with a global team to solve challenging problems.

Key tasks include designing PCBAs, writing MCU firmware, preparing BOMs, assembling prototypes, and supporting manufacturing. 3+ years in electronics and solid Altium skills are required; occasional travel up to 10% may

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics or equivalent.
• 3+ years hands-on experience as an Electronic Engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EMC-compliant PCB design and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in EDA software, e.g., Altium Designer.
• Knowledge of Embedded Systems and C programming.
• RTOS experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with FPGA design and VHDL is advantageous.
• Good English communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and test PCBAs and harnesses for laser systems.
• Develop MCU firmware and document projects.
• Prepare BOMs and procurement documentation.
• Assemble prototypes and support testing.
