Job summary

Dover Corporation in Poland is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to contribute to the development of next-generation laser technologies. You will work on electronic and electrical systems and PCB designs, with a primary focus on laser technologies.

Working with talented engineers in a global environment, you will take complex products from proof of concept through production and see your work impact customers and future products.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electronic engineering experience (min 3 years).
• Experience in EMC-compliant PCB design and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Altium Designer and embedded system development.
• Good English communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and test PCBAs and harnesses to provide power and control of laser systems.
• Implementation of firmware for MCU-based systems.
• Preparation of documentation for projects and BOMs.
• Cooperation with purchasing and planning for prototypes.
• Assembling prototypes and placing orders for components.
• Identify root causes of functional or quality issues during prototype assembly.
• Collaborate with other discipline engineers to assess design impact on production.
• Identify design features that may cause problems and suggest solutions.
• Support for manufacturing and sourcing teams.
• Research and implement best practices to improve design quality and team efficiency.
• This position may require travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
