Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, planning or scheduling (regulated industry experience is a plus).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (master data or label creation experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage external vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with inventory, supply planning, or production scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Label Projects: Coordinate development and execution of new and updated product labels across internal and third-party manufacturing sites.
• Support Master Data: Execute material and component SKU creation, extension, and updates in collaboration with SAP Master Data teams.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with regulatory, marketing, planning, and manufacturing teams to ensure label compliance and availability.
• Coordinate with Vendors: Liaise with graphic design firms to ensure label requirements are met and aligned with FMC and regulatory standards.
• Ensure Compliance: Support registration activities and escalate supply risks that could impact compliant product delivery.
