Job summary

FMC Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Label Specialist to ensure accurate and compliant product labeling across the EMEA region. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage label changes, support master data updates, and ensure packaging readiness for our manufacturing network.

The role requires experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, 2+ years in supply chain or scheduling, and strong collaboration skills to maintain labeling compliance and timely delivery

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, planning, or scheduling (regulated industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage external vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with inventory, supply planning, or production scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and execution of new and updated product labels across internal and third‑party manufacturing sites.
• Create and extend material and component SKUs in SAP Master Data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with regulatory, marketing, planning, and manufacturing teams to ensure label compliance and availability.
• Liaise with graphic design firms to ensure label requirements meet FMC and regulatory standards.
• Support registration activities and escalate supply risks that could impact compliant product delivery.
