Job summary
Markem-Imaje is seeking a skilled MDM Specialist in a hybrid role based near Warsaw, Poland. You will lead masterdata topics, implement automation, and drive efficiency across SAP integrations and data processes.
You’ll collaborate with MDM developers, lead projects in NPI and Product Change Management, and mentor colleagues to ensure best-in-class solutions and data quality. Fluency in English is required and agile practices are expected.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in masterdata management and related topics.
- SAP MM (mandatory) and/or PP, SD experience is a plus.
- Experience with SAP BAPI and automation tools like Evolve or similar.
- Proficiency with Power BI/Power Platform and data analytics concepts.
- Scripting or programming skills in JavaScript or VBA; API knowledge helpful.
- Strong project management and Agile experience; familiarity with JIRA.
- Fluent English; ability to collaborate globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead MDM activities, drive automation and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and implement automation solutions within the MDM team.
- Act as Work Package Leader in NPIs and PM changes for masterdata.
- Pilot small projects in Product Change Management or data maintenance.
- Support operational/masterdata requests and troubleshoot integrations.
- Collaborate with developers on SAP, Evolve, and automation tasks.
- Design, test, and maintain Automate Studio Scripts / Queries / Templates.
- Lead training for MDM specialists and end-users on new solutions.
- Coordinate with ICT and infrastructure to resolve data issues.
