Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Warsaw is seeking a detail-oriented Know Your Customer (KYC) Technology Business Analyst to bridge Compliance, Business, and Tech teams. You will translate regulatory and business needs into precise technical requirements for our enterprise KYC application.

You will collaborate with stakeholders on elicitation, analysis, prioritization, and risk management while ensuring adherence to AML/KYC laws in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2–5 years of proven BA or Systems Analyst experience is required.
• Product development experience and/or knowledge is required.
• Agile environment experience; proficiency with Jira/Confluence is required.
• Direct AML/KYC regulatory knowledge and processes are required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and translate complex compliance and business requirements into clear specifications for the KYC application.
• Analyze current processes, define scopes, criteria, and success metrics to guide development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, advise on KYC technology usage, enforce standards.
• Synthesize needs from various stakeholders and prioritize development roadmap.
• Actively manage risk and ensure AML/KYC compliance in decisions.
