Job summary

Citi is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Know Your Customer (KYC) Technology team in Warsaw. You will bridge Compliance, Business, and Technology, translating regulatory needs into precise technical requirements for our enterprise KYC application.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in BA/Systems Analyst roles in financial services, with AML/KYC domain knowledge, Agile mindset, and strong communication to guide stakeholder expectations and drive the development roadmap.

Qualifications

2–5 years experience as a BA or systems analyst in financial services.
Strong AML/KYC domain knowledge and processes.
Agile/Scrum experience with Jira/Confluence.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; stakeholder management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Elicit and translate complex compliance and business requirements into actionable specifications for the KYC application.
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and specify data source integrations and interfaces.
Advise business and operations on KYC technology and enforce standards.
Synthesize and prioritize needs to guide the development roadmap.
Manage risk and ensure AML/KYC compliance and ethics.
