Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Poland is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Know Your Customer (KYC) Technology team.

You will translate complex regulatory and business needs into precise technical requirements for our enterprise KYC application, acting as a bridge between Compliance, Business, and Technology. You will collaborate with stakeholders, elicit requirements, analyze processes, and help define a development roadmap while ensuring AML/KYC compliance and strong risk management.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proven BA or Systems Analyst experience, preferably in financial services.
• Product development experience or knowledge is required.
• Agile experience; proficient with Jira and Confluence for requirements and tracking.
• AML/KYC regulations experience and strong BA methodologies.

Responsibilities
