Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge Compliance, Business, and Technology for the KYC application. You will translate regulatory and business needs into precise technical requirements, supporting a robust financial crime prevention framework.

Responsibilities include elicitation, process analysis, stakeholder advisory, and risk management, in a hybrid work setting with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst in financial services.
• Experience translating regulatory and business needs into technical specs.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and processes.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and translate complex compliance and business requirements for the KYC application.
• Analyze current processes to identify gaps and define changes, data sources, and interfaces.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and enforce operational standards.
• Synthesize and prioritize business needs for a clear development roadmap.
• Manage risk and ensure AML/KYC regulatory compliance.
