Job summary

Citi Poland is seeking an entry-level Global Screening Operations Analyst to join the KYC/AML team. You will analyze customer profiles and potential screening matches in support of account openings and ongoing monitoring.

You will work with sanctions/KYC knowledge, gather data from Citi systems and external sources, and collaborate with Compliance and Business partners. The role offers a hybrid work model and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sanctions/KYC/AML principles and Citi policies.
• Advanced English in written and spoken form.
• Ability to analyze and assess customer risk.
• Comfort gathering data from internal systems and external sources.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate customers matching sanctions and KYC/AML lists during account opening and maintenance.
• Conduct searches and record evidence from Citi systems, the Internet, and databases.
• Cooperate with Business and Compliance partners daily.
• Operate within agreed business timeframes.
• Apply knowledge from training and build sanctions/KYC process know-how.
• Develop and apply knowledge of screening processes.
