Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge Compliance, Business, and Technology for our KYC application. You will translate complex regulatory and business needs into precise technical requirements, ensuring robust anti-financial crime controls across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders, risk-aware decision-making, and adherence to AML/KYC standards while supporting a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in financial services.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum development.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for requirements & project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and translate requirements into specifications for the KYC application.
• Define project scopes, success metrics, and development roadmaps.
• Analyze current processes to identify gaps and propose changes and data integrations.
• Act as SME and advise business/operations on KYC technology usage.
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC laws and internal policies.
