Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a KYC Operations Analyst 2 to support AML monitoring, governance, and regulatory reporting. The role focuses on developing Citi’s internal KYC program and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The position requires 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, a Bachelor's degree, and strong English communication. The role offers a hybrid work model and a competitive base salary with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in banking operations, preferably in client account opening and pre-requirements process.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts.
• Review all information and documentation ensuring compliance with local regulation and Citi standards.
• Update KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements.
• Follow up with clients to ensure information is received before due dates.
• Perform KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking of the KYC records and Appendix approval process.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency.
