Job summary

State Street Corporation in Kraków is seeking a KYC Lead Specialist to support onboarding, CIP/CDD/EDD, and ongoing AML/KYC reviews across global business units. The role involves data collection, screening, and risk assessments, with close collaboration with Front Office and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience performing CIP, CDD and EDD in AML/KYC.
• KYC process experience with different entity types is a plus.
• Ability to source and verify CDD documentation from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Perform Know Your Customer due diligence prior to account openings and on an ongoing basis.
• Create KYC profiles in the system of record.
• Screen client names and other parties per screening standards.
• Source CDD documentation from internal and external sources.
• Collaborate with Front Office to obtain required documentation.
• Validate CDD documents provided by customers.
• Complete Customer AML risk assessments.
