Job summary

Uncapped is a fintech helping founders realise their ambitions. We seek a Junior KYC Analyst to join the Services Team to process due diligence and optimise customer experience while minimising risk. You’ll collaborate with Product, Operations and Risk to scale quickly with high service standards.

We offer shifts to cover US hours every other week (14:00–22:00 CET). The team handles onboarding, KYC/EDD reviews, and documentation, with growth opportunities and dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification.
• Experience with KYC and EDD for UK/EU lending or banking is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers per policies; verify UBO and screen sanctions/PEP/adverse media.
• Perform enhanced due diligence on business customers and owners.
• Create and maintain case documentation.
