Jit is seeking a dedicated professional to join our KYC/AML project targeting regulatory updates in the Nordic financial services sector. You will translate AML/CTF requirements into practical business processes and collaborate with process experts to implement changes across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear English communication within an international team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and KYC processes.
• Experience in Financial Crime Prevention or compliance is valued.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse AML/CTF regulatory requirements and assess impact on KYC processes.
• Translate regulatory changes into practical process updates and guidelines.
• Support implementation of requirements related to PEPs, risk scoring, and ongoing due diligence.
• Collaborate with process experts to define detailed process changes.
• Prepare and update documentation for operational teams.
• Ensure end-to-end process consistency and support regulatory changes.
