Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for R&C - Financial Crime & Risk Management. The role partners with client banks to run KYC/AML programs and ensures regulatory alignment with internal policies. The candidate acts as the AML/KYC SME and oversees due diligence through remediation cycles.

Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations, transactional analysis, and stakeholder management is required. The position is hybrid in Poland with a fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees in Economics, Finance or Statistics.
• Masters degree in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• CRISC certification from ISACA is preferred.
• Advanced English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client banks' operations and compliance teams to conduct KYC and AML policies.
• Ensure AML/KYC regulations align with internal policies of the client.
• Serve as AML/KYC subject matter expert with knowledge of transactional analysis.
• Oversee due diligence procedures and controls throughout client remediation lifecycle.
• Engage in face-to-face client meetings and effectively manage stakeholder needs.
