Randstad Polska is seeking a GBS Knowledge Expert to organize, update, and safeguard corporate knowledge within finance streams. You will prepare and maintain documentation across P2P, O2C, and R2R, supporting migration to ServiceNow and AI-driven chatbots.

You will format content for AI solutions, ensure documentation meets standards, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Operations to promote best practices and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounting experience in corporate environments.
• Practical experience in documentation creation, technical writing, or knowledge management.
• Excellent communication to gather requirements and translate into clear documentation.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying knowledge gaps.
• Well-organized, able to manage daily tasks independently and solve problems.
• Fluency in English at C1 level for international corporate communication.

Job description

As a GBS Knowledge Expert, you will play a key role in organizing, updating, and safeguarding corporate knowledge. You will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation and maintenance of documentation across core finance streams, supporting the transition from legacy repositories to modern solutions.

Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the company’s digital transformation by formatting and optimizing content for AI-driven solutions, such as corporate chatbots.

What will your tasks involve?

• knowledge base maintenance: create, update, and validate finance knowledge content within the ServiceNow Knowledge Base, ensuring maximum accuracy, consistency, and usability on a daily basis.
• process documentation: actively draft and update documentation across core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R), ensuring completeness of SOPs, Work Instructions, and User Guides.
• system transition: perform knowledge clean-up activities, participating in the decommissioning of legacy repositories (e.g., SharePoints), and structuring data for seamless migration to ServiceNow.
• AI & innovation support: format and optimize knowledge content for AI-driven solutions (chatbots), reviewing user feedback to suggest concrete content improvements.
• cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with project teams and Finance Operations to assist in knowledge integration, sharing best practices, and ensuring documentation meets set standards.
• knowledge sharing: support smooth knowledge transfer across teams, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in documentation to promote best practices and user adoption.
