Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a GBS Knowledge Expert to organize, update, and safeguard corporate finance knowledge across core processes.

You will maintain documentation in ServiceNow, support transitions from legacy repositories, and format content for AI-driven solutions while collaborating with Finance Operations and project teams.

This hybrid role offers flexible contracts, a competitive salary, and an international environment requiring fluent English (C1).

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance/Accounting environments with understanding of financial processes.
• Practical experience in documentation creation and knowledge management.
• Excellent communication to gather requirements and translate to clear docs.
• Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy and proactive gap identification.
• Strong organizational skills for daily, independent work and problem solving.
• Fluent English (C1) for international corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the knowledge base in ServiceNow on a daily basis.
• Document core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) with SOPs and user guides.
• Assist in system transitions by cleaning legacy data (e.g., SharePoints) and structuring data for migration.
• Format and optimize content for AI-driven solutions like chatbots.
• Collaborate with project teams and Finance Operations to ensure standard documentation.
• Act as a SME to promote best practices and user adoption across teams.
