Randstad Polska Sp. z oo seeks a Knowledge Management Expert in Finance & Accounting to organize, update, and safeguard corporate knowledge. You will prepare and maintain documentation across core finance streams, supporting migration to modern solutions and AI-driven chatbots.

You will format content for AI-driven solutions, contribute to digital transformation, and collaborate with Finance Operations and project teams to ensure standards and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance/Accounting environments with understanding of financial processes.
• Practical experience in documentation creation, technical writing, or knowledge management practices.
• Excellent communication skills to gather requirements and translate into user-friendly documentation.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying knowledge gaps and drafting missing docs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks independently.
• Fluent in English (C1) for international corporate communication.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge base maintenance: create, update, and validate finance knowledge content in ServiceNow KB.
• Process documentation: draft and update SOPs, Work Instructions, and User Guides for core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• System transition: decommission legacy repositories, structure data for migration to ServiceNow.
• AI & innovation support: format content for AI-driven solutions, review user feedback for improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with project teams and Finance Operations on knowledge integration.
• Knowledge sharing: promote best practices and user adoption across teams.
