Job description

Location: Warsaw, Poland - with regular travel throughout the country

Job Type: Full-time, immediate start

Contract Type: Employment contract or B2B - flexible, based on candidate preference

Company Overview

Sqilline Health is building Europe's AI infrastructure layer for oncology. We solve the clinical data bottleneck that keeps oncology AI, real-world evidence, and clinical research from scaling. We turn scattered, free-text electronic health records and medical documents into structured, research-grade real-world datasets and actionable analytics.

Our Danny platform includes modules for:

  • automatic data structuring (Danny DataStruct)
  • cohort identification and trial recruitment (Danny FindMore)
  • decision-support and screening (Danny DecisionSupport)
  • analytics and visualization (Danny Analytics)

The platform serves both hospitals - unlocking clinical insight and improving care - and life-science companies, accelerating real-world evidence generation, feasibility, and trial recruitment.

In Poland, Sqilline has already signed its first two hospital partnerships, including one of the country's largest oncology treatment centers - meaning this role will take over and grow from day one, rather than starting cold.

We are now expanding our presence in Poland with two new hires who will work closely together: this Key Account Manager Hospitals role and a Senior Sales Manager – Pharma & Hospitals. Together they will build Sqilline's footprint across the Polish healthcare market.

Position Overview

As Key Account Manager – Hospitals, you will own and grow Sqilline's hospital accounts across Poland, starting with our first two hospital partnerships already in place. You'll build trust-based relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and IT decision-makers, drive adoption of Danny Platform, and work closely with our Senior Sales Manager – Pharma & Hospitals to ensure coordinated coverage of the wider Polish healthcare market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow Sqilline's hospital accounts in Poland by building trust-based relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, IT specialists, and other key decision-makers.
  • Represent and promote Sqilline's Danny Platform to hospitals, preparing and delivering presentations and periodic training on new functionality, tailored to each account's clinical and operational needs.
  • Identify clients' short- and long-term needs and act as their trusted, go-to partner - the face of Sqilline within each account.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for new business and expansion within existing hospital accounts, feeding into forecasting and account planning.
  • Keep account records current, including status and next steps for each key account.
  • Handle account-level billing and reconciliation to keep invoicing on schedule.
  • Attend client meetings, exhibitions and industry summits across Poland to deepen relationships and stay current on healthcare market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Manager – Pharma & Hospitals and with product, technical, and marketing teams, sharing feedback on campaigns and pipeline activity.
Skills and Background
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 3+ years of professional sales experience, ideally as a sales representative or account manager in healthcare, pharma, medtech, or a related field.
  • Business experience in healthcare and a working understanding of hospital decision-making in Poland.
  • Fluent/native Polish and a proficient level of both spoken and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage diverse audiences from clinicians to IT specialists.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a track record of developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Comfortable working from home, with regular travel across Poland (approx. 40%) and a valid driving license.
  • Comfortable with daily use of a computer, CRM, and other digital tools.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and performance-based KPI bonus package/system.
  • Company laptop, mobile phone, and a travel/car allowance to support your work across Poland.
  • Real opportunity for growth as Sqilline's Poland team expands.
  • Opportunity to work with a market-leading team at the forefront of AI-driven real-world evidence in oncology.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
  • Direct exposure to Big Data, proprietary AI, and the broader healthcare industry.
