JoVE is seeking a Marketing Specialist to build the K-12 demand engine in LATAM. The role is accountable for generating marketing qualified leads, converting them into sales opportunities, and delivering sourced pipeline.

K-12 is a new growth segment for JoVE and you'll establish how we reach this market with scope to grow into ownership as the segment scales. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing, experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics, and a track record of lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in marketing role, preferably EdTech in schools/districts.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and pipeline with measurable results.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• Experience in the North American market is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for conferences/events.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for the K-12 segment and partner with sales on handoff.
• Drive awareness and engagement among teachers and district administrators through campaigns.
• Plan and run presence at education conferences and events, handling logistics and post-event nurture.
• Create marketing materials for K-12 audiences: assets, collateral, email, web, and social content.
• Optimize marketing strategy based on funnel performance and market feedback.
• Monitor campaign ROI and adjust tactics to improve pipeline contribution.
