Job summary

Larian Studios in Warszawa is seeking a Junior Web Project Manager to help keep our game development projects organized and on track. You will support Jira tickets, boards, priorities, and statuses, and help maintain planning docs and meetings.

You will work with artists, designers and programmers, communicating clearly in English and helping run workshops and planning sessions. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or providing team support.
• Advanced experience with Jira and project tracking.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Keep Jira tickets and boards up to date with priorities.
• Organise team meetings, agendas, notes and follow-ups.
• Maintain project documentation and shared materials.
• Coordinate communication between teams and departments.

With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Junior Web Project Manager to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

• Help the team stay organised and keep track of what is happening across our projects.
• Support the team in keeping Jira tickets and boards organised and up to date, including agreed priorities and statuses.
• Track action items and follow up with their owners.
• Organise team meetings, prepare simple agendas, take notes, and share follow-up actions.
• Help with communication between our team and other departments.
• Help organise planning sessions, workshops, and other team activities.
• Maintain project documentation and shared materials.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks at once.
• Some experience in project coordination, team support, administration, or a similar role.
• Advanced experience with Jira.
• Clear and confident communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion..
• A proactive and helpful approach.
• Comfortable working with different teams and personalities.
• Comfortable using everyday tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc) or other relevant software
• Experience with Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
• Experience working with artists, designers, programmers, or other creative teams.
• Some knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Kanban practices.
