Larian Studios develops role-playing games, including Baldur’s Gate 3 and Divinity: Original Sin 2.

Задачи:

• Help the team stay organised and track project activity
• Keep Jira tickets and boards organised and up to date, including agreed priorities and statuses
• Track action items and follow up with their owners
• Organise team meetings, prepare simple agendas, take notes, and share follow-up actions
• Support communication between the team and other departments
• Help organise planning sessions, workshops, and other team activities
• Maintain project documentation and shared materials

Требования:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to track multiple tasks at once
• Some experience in project coordination, team support, administration, or a similar role
• Advanced experience with Jira
• Clear and confident written and spoken English
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion
• A proactive and helpful approach
• Comfortable working with different teams and personalities
• Comfortable using everyday tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), or other relevant software
• Будет плюсом: experience with Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar collaboration tools, experience working with artists, designers, programmers, or other creative teams, some knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban practices
