Job summary

PHINIA Inc. in Kraków seeks a Junior VMD Specialist (maternity cover) to manage vendor and customer master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOX controls.

You will audit data changes, coordinate with plants, purchasing, and payments teams, and build cross-functional relationships to obtain needed data on time. The role requires strong English communication, a proactive mindset, and familiarity with SAP and MS Excel.

Qualifications

  • Strong English language and communication skills are required.
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is preferred.
  • Can-do attitude and supplier-oriented mindset are important for success.
  • Financial background is preferred and beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Correct and timely creation and modification of vendor and customer accounts in SAP, in line with established procedures and metrics
  • Conducting audits of changes (creation/modification of data) performed by other Master Data team members to ensure process accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders (plants, purchasing department, payments team, etc.)
  • Building, maintaining, and developing relationships with members of other teams to obtain required information and data on time, while fostering a friendly work environment and positive team atmosphere
  • Performing daily tasks and other activities according to established rules and guidelines, and escalating all exceptions to the direct supervisor when necessary
  • Acting in accordance with SOX control requirements
  • Carrying out other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

JOB PURPOSE

Position Junior VMD Specialist f/m (maternity cover)

Location Wielicka, Kraków

PAY RANGE 75 200,00 – 94 000,00 – 112 800,00 PLN Annual

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Correct and timely creation and modification of vendor and customer accounts in SAP, in line with established procedures and metrics
  • Conducting audits of changes (creation/modification of data) performed by other Master Data team members to ensure process accuracy and efficiency
