Job summary

PHINIA is seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Rzeszów, Poland. You will drive advanced production technologies, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 while delivering cost-effective solutions.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering degree, 4+ years of process engineering experience, strong English skills, and proficiency in process optimization and FMEA/8D methods. This role offers growth within a global company and opportunities to influence manufacturing

Qualifications

  • Technical higher education: mechanical or electrical engineer or related
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as Process Engineer
  • English at a communicative level, including technical vocabulary
  • Knowledge of geometric drawing and dimensional tolerancing
  • Practical knowledge of implementing and documenting serial production processes
  • Experience with assembly processes, air and hydraulic tests; knowledge of presses and monitoring
  • Experience with continuous improvement tools and process capability assessment
  • Ability to apply FMEA and 8D problem-solving techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results and business-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Implementing new advanced production technologies and starting production lines.
  • Supporting production in problem solving, TPM definition, SMED.
  • Planning and documenting processes in accordance with IATF 16949.
  • Optimizing process capability for special characteristics using statistical methods and training.
  • Specifying and implementing ergonomic requirements for designed workstations.
  • Participating in engineering change implementations, conducting tests and feasibility verifications.
  • Estimating production costs for project bids.

JOB PURPOSE

PAY RANGE 124,400.00 - 155,500.00 - 186,600.00 PLN Annual

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Wdrażanie nowych zaawansowanych technologii produkcji, uruchomienia linii produkcyjnych
  • Wsparcie produkcji w rozwiązywaniu problemów, definicji TPM, SMED
  • Planowanie i dokumentowanie procesów, zgodnie z IATF 16949
  • Optymalizacja zdolności procesu dla charakterystyk specjalnych poprzez efektywne zastosowanie technik statystycznych oraz szkolenia produkcyjne
  • Określanie i wdrożenie wymagań ergonomii dla projektowanych stanowisk pracy
  • Udział w implementacji zmian inżynieryjnych, wykonywanie testów i weryfikacja wykonalności
  • Szacowanie kosztów produkcji do wycen projektów
Wymagane kwalifikacje:
  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne: inż. mechanik, inż. elektryk lub pokrewne
  • Min. 4 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku Inżyniera Procesu
  • Język angielski na poziomie komunikatywnym, również słownictwo techniczne
  • Znajomość geometrii rysunkowej oraz wymiarowania
  • Praktyczna wiedza dotycząca wdrażania i dokumentowania seryjnych procesów produkcyjnych
  • Doświadczenie z zakresu procesu montażu, testów powietrznych i hydraulicznych EOL, mile widziana znajomość urządzeń/procesów: Prasy i monitoring procesu wciskania Kistler Powietrzne testery szczelności i przepływów Ateq oraz helowe Inficon Systemy wizyjne Cognex/Keyenece Systemy skręcania Desoutter/Atlas Copco/Bosch Sterowniki PLC Siemens Lutowania Zgrzewania wibracyjnego, ultradźwiękowego oraz laserowego Wtrysku tworzyw sztucznych
  • Doświadczenie w wykorzystywaniu narzędzi ciągłego doskonalenia oraz oceny zdolności procesu
  • Umiejętność stosowania technik analizy ryzyka FMEA i rozwiązywania problemów 8D
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne
  • Zorientowanie na rezultaty i wyniki biznesowe
