Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is recruiting a Junior Transfer Agency Representative to support the Alternatives Team. You will assist with recording commitments, capital calls, distributions, transfers and redemptions, and help ensure accurate processing of investor transactions in a dynamic operations environment.

The role requires a BA/BS in Finance and Accounting or equivalent, English fluency (C1), and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English (C1).
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the transfer agency team with processing investor transactions (commitments, capital calls, distributions, transfers, redemptions).
• Establish solid client contact through prompt follow-up and maintain relationships within the team.
• Deliver high quality work with attention to detail.
• Comply with firm policies and procedures.
• Identify problems early and elevate as necessary.
• Help close procedural gaps and upgrade internal processes.
