METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Junior Analyst to support Compensation & Benefits through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. You will work with Excel, Power BI, Python, and VBA to turn data into actionable insights while improving processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze compensation and benefits data.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses using Excel and Power BI.
• Support salary reviews, market analyses, benchmarking, and annual bonus cycle.
• Assist with cost modeling and salary budget simulations.
• Automate reporting processes using Excel VBA, Python, and macros.
