Biopharma Careers is looking for a junior candidate to join our Global Business Services team in Wroclaw. You will contribute to third-party risk management activities and support the Know Your Business Partner process, helping to ensure compliance and strong partner relationships.

We expect business English at B2 level, 0–2 years of experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk, compliance, economics, or business administration.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities following established processes.
• Provide support to stakeholders through the Know Your Business Partner process.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing risk exposure across third-party portfolio.
